    The version of phpMyAdmin we use is whatever is bundled with our control panel software, cPanel. That being said whenever they release the newer version and it's in a stable build that we've tested we'll be implementing it.

  22. A setup like this would not be available with us and I'm not sure of any providers off hand who will allow that. It sounds like a reseller plan would suit your needs though as you could assign a dedicated IP to each cPanel account. In order to get the IPs though you'd need to provide us with valid justification as to why each site requires a dedicated IP. Like TheJoker said, the shortage of IPv4 address space has changed policies regarding allocations.
