  1. Thanks very much for the good info Fowler. I've added that handler so we'll see what happens. Thanks again.
  2. I have a couple of shared accounts on "Voodoo". cPanel says the current version of PHP is 5.2.17 which according to this page was released 6th January 2011. I'd like to install Drupal 7.x which lists PHP 5.2.5 or higher as a requirement. Could you tell me when PHP on Voodoo might be upgraded please?
  3. Just wondering if this situation has changed since 2010?
  4. Thanks for that suggestion theezy. That does allow pre-payment, but doesn't provide any incentive for doing so. I'm a bit puzzled that longer term pre-payment options aren't offered. It has a few advantages for a business - apart from bringing future cash flow forward, it also locks in customers who might wander off to another host if a better offer comes along.
  5. Where do you find more information about these recurring coupons?
  6. Just wondering if there are any plans to introduce 2 - 5 year pre-payment options for shared hosting accounts? I'd be interested in taking some if there was a bit of a discount.
  7. Can I choose which data center my sites are hosted in with either the shared or reseller plans? If so, how do I inform you of this choice when purchasing a plan? Thanks.
  8. Just wondering if the "r25percent" offer in the WHT forums applies to all periods including the one year pre-payment?
  9. I'm looking for a small reseller account of about 3-5GB in size. I don't actually resell, just prefer to separate my domains so i can provide another admin with access on one of them without providing access to the others. I notice the two lowest shared hosting plans offer 3GB and 6GB - both for a lot less money than the smallest reseller plan, which only offers 1.5GB of disk space. Can you explain why the reseller disk allocations are so much smaller than the shared hosting please? And are there any plans to revise these in the near future? Many thanks.
