  1. This really depends on what your needs are - if you're unsure we'd recommend starting with the Basic plan as you can upgrade at anytime .
  2. Just an update there may be intermittent connectivity as we continue on mitigating the attack.
  3. There were some DNS changes so if your ISP hasn't caught them yet you may experience some issues. This should fix itself in a few minutes depending on when the DNS servers update for you .
  4. At this time only a couple of machines are affected. This should be resolved shortly.
  5. Our upstream provider is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. We'll post more information as we receive it.
  6. Good to hear - if you don't mind PM me your ticket ID as I'm curious which transfer was yours (maybe we can do something in the future to expedite issues like you had?).
  7. You could but generally it's good to split them up as if a database gets too many tables it can start becoming troublesome.
  8. This has been completed.
  9. The maintenance for wdc01 is complete at this time.
  10. The lightning server just crashed due to some bad memory - we're fixing it up now
  11. This sounds like a cache issue - if you visitited the website before the DNS resolved in one browser then visited in another once it resolved it may act goofy. I'm unable to replicate this so I suspect you'll be able to clear your cache / history and it'll work fine. If you're still experiencing please submit a ticket to our support department (https://support.hawkhost.com).
  12. You might want to try WebHostingTalk - I believe they have a forum suited for that (and generally the users are much better than DigitalPoint).
  13. This has been resolved for the past few hours so we'll be closing this thread.
  14. More information from the network engineers at the facility
  15. From the network engineers in Washington DC
  16. Currently the Washington DC facility is experiencing high latency / some packet loss. This does not affect everyone and is on / off. Network engineers are aware of the issue and are investigating / working with Cisco to isolate the issue and to restore service to full capacity. We'll post more updates via this forum thread as we receive them.

  23. There were power issues in the Seattle facility:
  24. Our provider has had power issues in the Seattle facility. Power has been restored and some devices have been powered on. This has caused intermittent connection issues for the past few hours on a couple of machines however this should be fully restored at this time.
  25. This sounds like one of those browser gotcha's - what's the link to the website / page with the issue?
