  12. Just to clarify the machine won't reboot with the bad memory so we're having it replaced now.
  13. Lightning had a kernel panic due to bad memory. We're having the bad memory swapped out now and will provide updates / ETA's as we receive word from the data center.

If not you should have had to setup a password if you submitted it through the actual support center (https://support.hawkhost.com).   19. We're not ASO so I think you may have inquired with them as well? Regardless the best time is after you signup and receive your actual welcome e-mail with your account details. Most users make sure they upload their website prior to switching the DNS but that's up to you as there may be a slight delay with some ISPs during the DNS changes. Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with HostPC, I've noticed numerous complaints on WebHostingTalk in regards to them. It's a shame . **EDIT** I missed the Google Apps portion - once the account is setup submit a ticket to our support department stating you want to use Google Apps and we'll setup the DNS for you. At that point it would be best to switch the DNS over to us. Also for future reference our forums aren't an official support channel so they're not monitored for sales / support inquiries as much so for a faster turnaround on responses take a peak at our support system .
