We'll be performing a kernel upgrade on on Thursday April 12th between 10PM-1AM CDT. While we use KSplice to keep our kernels up-to-date for critical bugs and security fixes it doesn't pull in new features from the upstream kernel. As a result we perform semi-annual kernel updates to keep everything up-to-date and in-line with upstream. Date: 04/12/2011 Start time (CDT): 10:00pm End time (CDT): 1:00AM Duration: 1 hour Estimated Down Time: 10 minutes

7 days before the due date the invoice is generated and an e-mail is sent out. If you want to renew prior to this simply submit a ticket to our billing department at https://support.hawkhost.com . Reseller packages should be finalized by the end of the month.

Everything is online. We're currently investigating as to what happened but it appears the machine lost power temporarily.
