  1. fsck has completed on all partitions and the server is booting up now. If you have any further issues please contact our support department.
  2. fsck on /home is complete, running on /var and /usr now.

  5. This server has had a kernel panic and as a result of the crash we're going to be running fsck on the /home, /var, and /usr partitions. This thread will be updated as we progress.

  9. On a shared hosting account this wouldn't be possible unfortunately, there's only the primary login/user. The only way to grant a second person access is via FTP though that has none of the functionality you're looking for here.

Really hard to say without knowing some more details about your account (domain, page(s) this is happening on, etc) and we'll more than likely need to access your cPanel account / files to debug this. That said, I'd say a ticket would be your best bet for assistance on an issue like this so our guys have full access to everything they need to get it fixed. Please contact us at https://support.hawkhost.com, let us know the domain and how to replicate the problem, and we'll be more than happy to take a look (if you haven't already!)

  13. /home has completed, onto /var and /usr which will only take a few more minutes.
