Simple Posted May 7, 2012 Report Posted May 7, 2012 I Ordered Yesterday from - FrogHost - A Division of HawkHost, The PRoblem is that its been 1 day now, no Support Online, no cpanel info or domain info, it says 24/7 Sales Support, so why isnt there any support online? Quote

No online chat.. no call system. This is really absured on the regulatign system of the system. The issue should be brought forward and note down for some improvement. Quote

Brian Posted July 24, 2012 Report Posted July 24, 2012 That's what I took away from it as well, though I figured I'd give the chance to clarify before jumping to conclusions. I suppose that's the consensus though so I'll run with that Alas, we do have support available 24/7/365 via email and helpdesk and we strongly suggest all customers use that as a primary means of support as opposed to relying on livechat/phone, which are secondary means of reaching us.
