    Oops I forgot to address your other question! You can get free WHOIS privacy through us - just toggle it via the billing area or contact support. This is the same thing as GoDaddy's DomainsByProxy .

    One awesome thing about our upstream provider is we automagically can get an IP behind a network device that analyzes traffic and attempts to mitigate the "bad stuff". Each server is also on a 1G line with a 10G switch so we can also "eat" a fair amount of traffic alone. In case you're curious it's Cisco Guard or Arbor Networks TMS - both splendid devices that work well.

    Sorry I didn't notice this - it's best to submit a ticket at our help desk for issues like this (https://support.hawkhost.com). This shouldn't be happening and it sounds quite bizarre. We have had issues with SSI and LiteSpeed in the past and can get the bugs fixed if we can replicate the issue. If possible can you submit a ticket with the code you were using so we can attempt to replicate this? Please make note to escalate this as per Cody's request. Thanks!

    Currently all of our Seattle servers in the SEA01 facility is experiencing an outage do to a dual-path fiber cut. The facility is aware of the issue and have dispatched engineers to investigate. We'll post updates as we receive them from the facility.

    You'll always run into resource issues if your forum has a lot of plugins / the database gets large. The best way to curb resource usage is to utilize caching that's provided by the software / don't blindly install massive amounts of plugins.

    Your ticket was opened in the Sales department which has normal operating hours. It appears you've been replied to in the other ticket on your account however so you should be good to go.
