  1. As I said you cannot delete the sub domain there is no way to do this it's how cPanel actually manages your add-on domains. So I'm not sure how you'll delete it from filezilla either considering it'll point to where your domain is and you cannot modify the actual web server file or cPanel's internals.
  2. There is no solution it has to make that sub domain. It's how it tracks the actual stats, knows who owns the add-on domain. You remove the sub domain and now it's just a lost domain. Just do not link anyone to the sub domain it makes and it really should not matter.
  3. Hi, That suggestion is just about mod_rewrite rules it's nothing to do with what cPanel does. This will not change this is done so cPanel can internally keep track of add-on domains as to who owns them and writing out log files.
  4. If you're on your own VPS then you need to modify WHM to allow you to park domains that resolve to other servers. So login to WHM then go to tweak settings then go to Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that resolve to other servers (i.e. domain transfers) [This can be a major security problem. If you must have it enabled, be sure to not allow users to park common internet domains.] Check that then go to the bottom and save and it'll allow you to park the domain then.

    IPB Issues

This is now fixed and should work properly including on our theme
  8. The IP in the welcome email is the temporary IP to preview and access cPanel. The IP in your cPanel the IP your web site is served out of and is where if you're controlling your own DNS your DNS records should point to.
  9. You can add them via the add-on domain option in your cPanel.

  11. Once your order is approved you should receive an email with your account information
  12. It is not currently possible to use SetEnv TZ and change the timezone via .htaccess. You're best to change it via PHP even if it was Apache as doing it in PHP it's going to work across various environments opposed to via .htaccess which as shown even using us it's not always possible.

    IPB Issues

It's something with the friendly url's on frog host they were never fully enabled. I've made a ticket to IPB because it makes no sense. They work fine except on a few links which involve new post or whatever then all the links on that page are broken.

    IPB Issues

Yeah it's broken so it's not the theme after all. I'm going to have to do some digging find out what causes this to happen.

  21. We do not allow it even if it's hosted on another server and you're just linking to it.
  22. This has been completed.

  25. Not all progress bars will work until the 4.1 release of Litespeed which is not considered stable yet. Apache doesn't work with all progress bars either without special modules so this is not an exclusive Litespeed problem either. This is the Litespeed release that supports it: http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=3497 we've tested it and it's not stable enough to run in a production environment.
