The best way for this to be handled is via ticket. Typically though it's one of the following reasons: 1) High risk country 2) Multiple credit card declines 3) Distance from billing address is a significant amount away from actual location order was placed from 4) The name on the paypal account does not match the information we were given Every day we deal with fraudulent orders and to protect ourselves as well as our customers from time to time we'll need to ask for further information.

We post notifications of outages on our forums and http://hawkhoststatus.com/ . That being said we have no VPS nodes down and we do provide panel to manage your VPS. It sounds most likely your VPS crashed and all it requires is for you to reboot it from the panel we provide.

cPanel 11.34 just reached CURRENT which is comparable to a release candidate. Right now there is no estimate for it to be considered stable so we don't have an estimate at this moment of when our servers will be using it. Typically though what happens is cPanel releases it to their RELEASE branch we then wait several weeks to make sure it's stable and test it ourselves then we update all servers.

I think everyone has seen enough of your bot antics. I've decided to finally ban your account so you no longer confuse users.

You should receive an email with further information such as how to access your account without the domain pointing to us currently. As far as users who cry activate plz most ignore emails we send them about issues with their order. Or they provide us with invalid information or things of that nature. If your information is reasonable and order isn't placed from a high risk country we're pretty quick to have you setup.

You provided us with a high risk domain name that required management approval to be setup. I won't get anymore specific since don't want to give away your domain but others would understand why we'd be hesitant to setup your account without approval.
