Becoming an affiliate?

I want to become an affiliate to promote the Shared Hosting package, and wondering how do I sign up and what are the commission? Any affiliate tools like banners? I've seen tons of webmasters with a hostgator affiliate banner, but I would like to promote Hawkhost to see how it converts.

Our affiliate program can be activated through your client area at http://my.hawkhost.com. Once it's activated you'll be provided a URL to use, and it will keep track of your referrals, payments, etc.

Unfortunately we do not have any banners made up, but we're working on that and hope to have some ready in the next few weeks

Yeah, I would also like to advertise somewhere on my site with a HawkHost banner . Not really as an money making system just a nice thing to say thanks for hosting me. I may have someone just design me one.
