Tony Posted June 7, 2014 Report Posted June 7, 2014 I'd recommend opening a support ticket. It sounds like maybe you didn't set your nameservers correctly. It's difficult to know though without knowing your domain. Quote
Brian Posted July 23, 2014 Report Posted July 23, 2014 You would set the nameservers in your domain registrars control panel. If the domain is registered with us, then you'd do it through your client area under "My Domains". Quote
