Hawk Host weekend support

Hi,

I recently set up an account here. I read here:

That the accounts are set up 24/7/365, and it usually takes 1-2 hours.

After waiting ~8 hours as of this post, I haven't gotten a reply to my tickets, and there's nobody answering at tech support. I understand that it's the weekend, but the website says 24/7 support?

I registered for hosting expecting this time frame, so my site's been down for quite a while now.

Any assistance would be great.

It's not 10PM EST time so they haven't started migrating the helpdesk yet. Sales/Billing aren't available officially on the weekends but your order should be ready soon, if not already

What service did you order?

Also, support are generally quick at responding, within 30 minutes. Did they escalate your ticket at all?

There is a good chance we advised our support staff to not reply to any tickets to prepare for our migration (as mentioned above). We're now fully online and will be catching up on any tickets that came in during the maintenance window.

If you can PM me your ticket ID so I can make sure everything is handled quickly :).
