During this maintenance window our helpdesk and ticket system may be unavailable. Date: 05/13/2012 Start time: 10:00PM EST End time: 6:00AM EST Duration: 8 hours Services affected: Support helpdesk and email tickets Throughout the duration of this maintenance this thread will be used for status updates on our progress.
