Kyuubi
Hi I'm currently hosting a website that hosts an "under-development" CMS solution. One of the needs of our project is to have Redmine. We chose Hawkhost simply because I used this host before with no issues. However, we are having all sorts of problems trying to get Redmine to work. Some of the support staff here will likely have seen my ticket regarding this, but I decided to use the forums instead. 1) Redmine keeps throwing a 500 Internal Error. 2) Apache needs to be restarted as one of my devs did something in cpanel. Thank you.

Thank you. 1) Check the log file wherever you stored your ruby application. It tells you why it's throwing errors. /home/yourusername/rails_apps/appname/log 2) Web server should never need restarted Ruby from cPanel does not run off the web server but starts mongrel instance. Brian
Hello, Please submit a ticket directly at https://support.hawkhost.com so we can investigate this as it's not something we'd be able to resolve over a public forum.

Brian
Great, thank you very much. I saw a ticket in the helpdesk which I figured was yours but wanted to be sure either way.
