    2. Does Hawk Host's strict "no chats" rule apply to VPS's?

  4. This would be pretty hit or miss I think. The support one would bring no real value to the table since we're already available 24/7 through the helpdesk and that's a lot easier (account verification, details, ticket history, etc) than doing support on IRC.

  5. If you guys can come up with something that we all agree on over here, we'll commit it to our internal management system and try our best to find a way to work it into the fabric of our operations.

    Trying to create more seed words, here are a couple of questions:

    1) What do you think sets Hawk Host apart from the rest of the hosting companies?

    2) What is the most important benefit a customer gets in hosting their sites with Hawk Host?

    Tony, as the CEO of Hawk Host, has the privilege (or burden :P) of answering the questions first.

    1) I think you guys are in a better position to answer that truthfully. Your opinions mean a whole lot more about how we're doing than ours do :)

    2) Same answer as #1

  7. Sounds like something you'd be best off handling via ticket -- please either re-open the old ticket and reference this post, or submit a new one referencing it. We'll have it pushed off to our sysadmins immediately and it'll be looked into right away.
