  1. Would I have to use an individual cPanel installation for each of my own domains?

You can choose to install each domain on it's own cPanel account, or as addon domains within a single cPanel account

I have 10+ domains of my own. Would I be able to manage all of my own domains within my cPanel and just use my reseller cPanel installations for clients?

    You could do this

Can I pick and choose who gets the cPanel installations and what I manage?

    Absolutely! :)

One thing to keep in mind is our reseller plans have a limit on how many cPanel accounts you can create. Check out the restrictions for each plan here: http://www.hawkhost.com/Reseller/compare

  2. Once an account is setup, cancellation is very simple, you just have to follow these steps: https://support.hawkhost.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=49

A user cannot cancel an order which is not setup. I apologize you find this frustrating but this is simply a restriction put in place by our order system and not something we can modify. A quick email to [email protected] should clear up any confusion and our staff can cancel the incorrect order for you.

  3. Turns out this is a reported bug with Kayako. If you attempt to upload a file larger than a certain size it gives this "error" (if you can call it that). The hope is that this will be fixed when they released version 4 of their software soon but we're not 100% sure. Thank you for bringing this up though, we appreciate it!

  4. We do also post on our blog frequently at http://blog.hawkhost.com/ if you're not already checking there for the latest events. Also, for updates on your server status you should subscribe to the appropriate forum at http://forums.hawkho...rum/28-servers/ in case any maintenance windows are posted. Or maybe you've already done all of this and I'm wasting keystrokes, but either way thanks for staying interested in what we're doing :D

  5. We do not sell SSL certificates so you'd need to purchase that through another company (Google search should show a large amount of options). A dedicated IP is $2/mo and is billed on the same term as your hosting plan.

  6. We're able to diagnose and troubleshoot common errors as we see them for specific software, but it's difficult for us to make server wide changes to accommodate to a single software suite. If you're seeing a problem let our support team know and we should be able to resolve it :)
