Let's say I have and old (7 year old) shared hosting plan. Will I have to pay the full price ($3.99/month annually) if I want to move it to the new primary plan (that's currently on sale for $1.99)? Brian Posted July 6, 2020 Report Posted July 6, 2020 Existing clients can use the Summer sale coupons, they are not restricted to new customers, but the coupons generally cannot be used to upgrade an existing service. We do make exceptions to this policy so if you contact our billing department through our helpdesk and let us know what you're looking to change/upgrade we'll see what you may be eligible for regarding coupon use.
