Specifically, do you disable the backup functions since you provide R1Soft backup? Having been burned before I now backup my sites every day by doing a cPanel full backup and then downloading it to my computer where I maintain a hierarchy of saves. I was with a host that provided R1Soft backup and when I needed it to restore a file it turned out that it wasn't working. They were very apologetic but that didn't get my file restored.
