Brian Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 Hello, Please try logging into your helpdesk account using your username and password from your client area at https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php-- We recently enabled login sharing so both your helpdesk and client area will use the same credentials now.
