SteKs Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 Well this seems to be an ongoing issue on SNG003 not updating site stats daily, why? my ticket is #XKN-229-20739 and perhaps someone here can look into it as the stats update is again 2 days behind (SNG time). Tony Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 Our team already investigated the issue and found the cause and resolved it. Unfortunately though there was 21GB of user logs that were not processed at the time. The server is working it's way through this but of course the issue is the entire time it's catching up more logs are being added on. It's going to unfortunately take many days to get fully caught up but it's processing stats around the clock until it catches up. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
