Issues with cpanel and support

I am unable to access cpanel: 

cPanel cannot be executed standalone. It must be run from cpsrvd or xml-api. This check can be disabled in Tweak Settings. A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive. [show]

 

 

I also cannot log in to submit a support ticket.  I receive:

Invalid Username or Password

 

 

 

Are there updates taking place today or something?  Please assist when you can.  I have reset my password twice for the support login and still cannot log in.

cPanel update which due to a bug results in it giving that error.  It was a security update so it needed to be pushed out.  For our support system try using your client area login
