    I am unable to access cpanel: I also cannot log in to submit a support ticket. I receive: Are there updates taking place today or something? Please assist when you can. I have reset my password twice for the support login and still cannot log in. Thank you! Jeff

    Awesome thanks! Let us know when it is ready so we can run updates and installations! This is why we use Hawkhost...you guys do respond to requests!

    I would like to use Softlacious as well, but Hawkhost is behind the stable release of PHP. I wish someone would be on top of these updates. PHP 5.4.13 (Current stable)

    sea005 has been slow as well. I had installed a new WP site and noticed it was taking 2-8 seconds to load a page. I thought it was just WP, but checked a Joomla install I know hasn't been changed and has ran fast for a long time...and it was also slow.
