There are sometimes special discounts for Black Friday and some other times also. They are indeed available monthly, rarely will any of our services (shared/reseller/VPS/semi-dedicated) not have a coupon available. As Fowler pointed out we do have promotions for larger savings a few times per year, but generally speaking the monthly coupons are within 5% of each other.
