Abidon
Hi guys, I'm about to sign up for a Basic Plan. I already have a .com.au domain registered, but when I enter my domain name, Hawkhost doesn't have an option to choose .com.au. How do I go about this? Also, although I'll be building and running the site. My client, whose business I'm making the site for, will be doing all the payments and registration. That wouldn't be a problem, right? Fowler
Hi, Regarding the domain, ensure you select "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain." on the domain options page. Then you are able to enter the extension without issue. Regarding the second question, It shouldn't be a problem I believe.

Fowler answered your first question correctly so I just want to expand on this point. This will not be an issue at all, and you can actually have yourself added as a technical contact to the account so you're able to use our helpdesk/support for the account
