Quick question about affiliate commission

I referred some one,and I received many money,but it less than $100,and I want to use it that spend the host of hawkhost,is it ok?

Any amount earned under $100 can be turned into an account credit which can be applied towards account invoices. If you'd like us to do that just submit a ticket with our billing team

If you do earn over $100 in affiliate commissions all payouts are done via Paypal.

Your affiliate commissions were turned into credits I think you're confusing things a bit. When you have credits on your account it can be used to pay invoices all you do is view the invoice and it asks you if you wish to add credit to it. You do not need us to pay your invoices or anything of that nature.
