Tony
I have not seen that set of errors before. I'd recommending making a ticket so that we may look at the server you're on in case it's causing the error. I'd include the information you're using for outlook. So the mail server and username as well as the ports and what you're using (IMAP or POP3)
redwingsoh
I submitted a support ticket yesterday and and in my client area it shows there are no outstanding support tickets. I resubmitted today and it still shows no outstanding support tickets.
Tony
Our support area is at https://www.hawkhost.com/support and all the links to the billing systems support system should be removed which I'm guessing you found a link where that was not the case. Also every reply we give you in a ticket is sent to your email address. Now if you're using say yahoo or gmail it might sometime end up in your junk mail folder. I looked up your two tickets and both had replies in under 30 minutes.
redwingsoh
Thank you Tony. I hope you didnt take my reply as being angry. I am new to this and am not quite sure how it works. I do appreciate your help.
Tony
Thank you Tony. I hope you didnt take my reply as being angry. I am new to this and am not quite sure how it works. I do appreciate your help. Not a problem our fault for leaving something referencing the old support system. I'm assuming you now have our replies so you'll be able to troubleshoot the problem with us now through our ticket system.
redwingsoh
I have received the emails. 1 more issue that I can't figure out. I am on the support page and when I log in via the log in box in the top right area it goes to the processing log in screen and then goes back to the support page. At the top of the support page it says invalid login or username. I am certain I am using the correct information as I have had it sent to me 3 times. The last time was with the reply to my ticket. Am I doing something wrong?

Am I doing something wrong? Are you using the login it sent you? As this login will not match our client area. It will be an email address for the username and the password it sent to you. Also make sure if you're copying it from the email it sent to you that you're not copying any extra characters you cannot see. Sometimes that's what ends up happening so pasting the login into notepad gets rid of that so it's just the text and nothing else.
redwingsoh
I am actually typing the information exactly as it was sent in the reply email. I have also tried the lost password button and the exact same information is being sent. It still says invalid username or password.

fenerli
I'd like to point out that I had a similar issue. It seems remnants of the old support system or whatever is causing separation of accounts, I know have two passwords for things on this site and am sure I've logged into the support center with both these passwords at one point after the other password did not work. I knew what the other password but can imagine that I would have the same problem as "redwingsoh" on one of the "accounts" if I used the "lost password" method. Turned out the support area account was not activated. Crazy support system ... I also found more references to the old support system in the client area which I removed. It'll be a nice day when we have our own integrated system running all of this stuff.
