I have received the emails. 1 more issue that I can't figure out. I am on the support page and when I log in via the log in box in the top right area it goes to the processing log in screen and then goes back to the support page. At the top of the support page it says invalid login or username. I am certain I am using the correct information as I have had it sent to me 3 times. The last time was with the reply to my ticket. Am I doing something wrong?
