During this maintenance window, Engineers will be upgrading the firmware on these devices to increase security and stability. Start Time: 12:00AM EDT (6/15/2011) End Time: 05:00AM EDT (6/15/2011) Expected Duration: 5 hours Customer Impact: During this maintenance, customers will notice a complete loss of connectivity to their servers on the frontend network (public network). Backend network (private network) connectivity will also experience a complete loss of connectivity. While the upgrade duration is scheduled for 5 hours, we only expect around 10 minutes of downtime per device for reboots and route re convergence.
