Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 According to the network engineers the DDoS has been mitigated although we're still experiencing connectivity issues to two of our WDC servers (Neptune, Jedi). We'll be monitoring the network closely for the next 24 hours and inquiring with the data center as to what exactly went wrong during their mitigation and what actions will be taken to prevent further issues such as these from happening. Tony Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 The network has been fine again for a while. We're still awaiting word on what exactly the cause of these issues were. What we've been told is it is believed the issues were caused by a cisco bug and communication with cisco eventually lead to network stability again.
