FloridaClay Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 My suggestion would be to invest in a better phone answering service. The service that you currently have is not professional at all. It reminds me of the commercial where a little boy goes door-to-door selling a product to raise funds for his school. He reads from the script, "Hello, I am insert name here.." (For those that are a little slow, he wasn't suppose to read "insert name here", he was just suppose to insert his name.) The female voice on Hawk Host's answering service is fine until it comes time to speak the name of the company, then it's a deep male voice, lol. It sounds rather discount... Quote
Brian Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm going to bring this up with management and work with them to see how, if at all, the system allows for improvement and what we can do to make calling a more professional experience. Quote

Imperial Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 Shameless plug there from Specialty AS, wouldn't trust a business that can't spell "trial period" correctly. Also fail @ mentioning speedturtle when FloridaClay created the topic. Quote
