Our VPS plans are semi-managed, as we take no effort/steps outside the initial creation of the VPS to configure the server initially. That said if a user chooses to completely manage the VPS without contacting us that's an option. We provide semi-managed support in the event one does run into an issue, we want customers to know we're available if needed.

Wow, this was easy to solve. If you haven't done so, install the ruby-mysql gem for ruby 2.9.8 and it'll clear the error.

What is the current affiliate commission and settings?
[*] Earnings Amount: 40% of the total value of each order you bring in. If you bring in a $100 order you would get $40 in credit.
[*] Payout Amount: You can request a payout via PayPal or convert your earnings to account credit once you've reached $100 in matured commissions.

I have a reselll account with only 1 single XenForo website, which uses far less resources than your IPB forum requirements or even vBulletin.

Uses a little less resources than phpBB (free open source)


edit: And the target page is only a simple HTML page, not the forum which Pingdom does not test. Further, I have it setup to check once every 5 minutes, which means it checks less often then you claim to test and yet found more issues. And finally, the report does not cover March 22, but April (outside and after the planned hardware maintenance).

Finally, this is my ticket. Unless I feel it is a security issue, I stick to forums in public.
