It only lists 10 hosts, it is an average list, hard to compare the listed hosts through the site, and is filled with keyword spam... along with having a poor design. Also, there are modifications on vBulletin.org to allow you to ban by email for instance, hotmail.com, and Proxy IP to real IP conversions that you can install. Plus we cannot go banning free emails lots of people use them. This guy comes around every few months it's fine it's a quick ban anyways.
