Serious problem

hello hawk host staff I tried twice to submit a ticket via the support tab, to ask for support of course, each time getting this when clicking submit:


Now I just checked my e-mail to confim my registration and saw my support ticked was (twice)sent out, but I got an SQL error so how can I know ?


Edit: It seems I sent it out 3 times, very sorry about that.

Edit: Again, it seems to be 2 not, 3, I got a reply from the first ticket.

Turns out this is a reported bug with Kayako. If you attempt to upload a file larger than a certain size it gives this "error" (if you can call it that). The hope is that this will be fixed when they released version 4 of their software soon but we're not 100% sure. Thank you for bringing this up though, we appreciate it!
