master412160 Posted September 4, 2010 Report Share Posted September 4, 2010 hello hawk host staff I tried twice to submit a ticket via the support tab, to ask for support of course, each time getting this when clicking submit: Now I just checked my e-mail to confim my registration and saw my support ticked was (twice)sent out, but I got an SQL error so how can I know ? regards Edit: It seems I sent it out 3 times, very sorry about that. Brian Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 Turns out this is a reported bug with Kayako. If you attempt to upload a file larger than a certain size it gives this "error" (if you can call it that). The hope is that this will be fixed when they released version 4 of their software soon but we're not 100% sure. Thank you for bringing this up though, we appreciate it!
