I'm probably myopic, but how do you view the support tickets you've opened in the web interface? I can see how to start a ticket, and have done so, but I don't see a way to see the tickets I've created the next time I log in.

The first ticket you make it sends you the password for the email you put in on the support ticket. Then you can just login from the menu on the side of all the support area pages.

OK. I must have logged in with the wrong password because I can see it now, but if you do log in with the wrong password the page just comes back with no error message, so I didn't realise I wasn't logged in.
