Are all your sites on the same server? It might be a few issues with the server or a few problems for you connecting to that server.

There doesn't seem to be any abnormal peaks in resource utilization on your server, if you're experiencing issues don't hesitate to submit a ticket. There are plenty of instances where end-users will notice something awry before our monitoring will notice.

Actually it appears you're spread over several servers and regions which leads me to believe it may be an issue on your end. Nevertheless submit a ticket if you're still experiencing issues

I can't say I've ever noticed any amount of slow down with Hawk Host's servers, everything is extremely fast for me.
