[HELP] Incoming email

Hi,

I can send out emails, I created [email protected] and it works fine to send emails via Squirrelmail.

But as soon as a tried to send emails to this address from Gmail it never arrives.

The Gmail account doesn't get any error message but it says email sent.

Have missed anything essential ?

Are you managing your own DNS? If so did you make so to make the MX entries? If you're using our name servers did you make sure to create the actual email account in cPanel?

My domain is just at a registrar and I just repoint the nameservers to Hawkhost.

What are MX entries ?

I created email account in Cpanel, when I login to email via cpanel, say with Squirrelmail, I can send emails from there and they arrive but no incoming.

I suggest making a support ticket we can investigate better from there then play 20 questions on our forums.
