5) We do offer migration assistance at no additional cost. Once your account is setup simply contact our support department providing the login details to your old host and we'll help with the move.

1 last question when I buy hosting for the first time i Purchase 12 months after that can I use the service for 6 months instead of buying 12 month and I live in Europe which data-center is closest to me

1. If the Paypal account is unverified and the address on your profile is based from a high risk country, we might not accept it. It's a case by case basis so cannot say 100%

2. You can change the service length at any time, so yes you could go from 12 to 6 months. As for location our Washington DC facility is closest to you
