Usually this happens if you've set the document root of the addon domain to the same as your primary domain (public_html), or if there is a 301 redirect setup. If you submit a ticket through https://my.hawkhost.com/submitticket.php our helpdesk team will be able to pull up all your account details and help resolve this issue!
