different between basic plan and standard plan

Is there any other difference between basic plan and standard plan of shared hostting ? except the space and bindwith diff?

eg. CPU limit? Process limit ? Mem limit?

or other difference?

Well basically if you pay more we're more lenient as far as CPU and memory usage. We believe this is fair if you pay more then you should get more of that piece of the pie as well.

But it's all part of an invisible usage line still that we draw on an account by account basis.
