Question regarding Pluto server

I am curious about the Pluto server. In the following thread on the WebHostingTalk forums:

If all servers were using 15KRPM sas drives back in January, then why was the Pluto server using 10K SATA drives in February? Or is Pluto a new server? Or, am I comprehending something incorrectly?

All the servers we've been deploying new users on have been using 15K RPM SAS drives. We had a few straggling machines that never received upgrades for various reasons (lack of use, feasibility etc)
