You're probably best off asking our support team directly (https://support.hawkhost.com/) so we can pull up your details and take a look. A lot of the details we'd need to know are things we wouldn't want posted in a public forum. If you have already submitted a ticket just let me know the ticket ID so I can see what the status is.
