Stated that support tickets are average 20 mins, which is good, yet im awaiting several hours for account setup. I'm no fool and know that account setups on the shared hosting can be done automatically. Why the wait ? Luckily my current provider is solid and doing me fine. Its 00.25 am here now, i ordered at 22.28 the night before. Only two hours, but two hours is more than enough for what WHM does in 5 seconds. If i wake up to nothing, i will request a refund and also might send an email to cloud-fare, poor service isn't something that should be promoted. I suspect at this point your order has been setup and you've received your 'New Account Information' email.
