angelsp Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Thank you for getting pluto back online, but I still can't access my webmail system, https://pluto.arandomserver.com:2096/horde/index.php it gives errors. I submited a Critical ticket a few hours ago and someone replied me says they had sysadmin look at it, but till now I still can't use my webmail. Could someone tell me if I could use my webmail by other way, or if you can fix this problem ASAP. It's very urgent. Thank you for your help. Cody R. Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 This particular issue was due to a corruption of some cPanel files causing things such as mail to be inaccessible. We fixed this though shortly after we had to pull Pluto offline to perform further maintenance. We hope everything will be fully operational shortly, sorry for the inconvenience.
