Sub domain + wordpress site?

Hi guys,

 

So I'm a complete noob but managed to set up a sub domain and then install Wordpress onto that domain. However, when I follow the wordpress admin link that I got it says:

This site can’t be reached

(website name here) server DNS address could not be found.

 

Any ideas?

If you just added the subdomain more than likely you're dealing with DNS propagation if you visited it before it was actually in our DNS system.  If you're still having a problem after several hours it would be best to open a support ticket so our support team can investigate.
