List of which hosts are hosted at which data centers?

Hi there,

With reference to this recent notice: http://forums.hawkhost.com/topic/6274-los-angeles-maintenance-12152015-145am-pst-gmt-0800/

I couldn't seem to find a list of which hosts are hosted where.  There is this: https://www.hawkhost.com/our-hosting-network but it doesn't list which host is where.

I did eventually figure out my host, panther, is in DC because the hostname when I SSH in is wdc004. But not everyone has SSH access so... am I not seeing/finding a really obvious page where this is all laid out?

If you're on wdc004 then you're in Washington DC and won't be effected by the maintenance window.
