How long it takes to activate an account once all details go to level 2 billing team?

I just bought a shared hosting from you and I'm still waiting for the activation.


I went back and forth with details required by your level 1 billing team and they said they forwarded this to level 2 billing team.


And since then, I'm still waiting for activation.
