During this maintenance, customers will not have access to backend services (DNS resolution, update servers, NAS, iSCSI, VPN access, IMPI access, backup servers, backend communications, etc). While the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, we expect no longer than 20-30 minutes of downtime. =================================================== So during this time for us specifically Titan will not have the backup systems available to it meaning no restorations.
