Bad support - No reply to tickets

Hello,
 
I have 2 open tickets, one of them with Critical priority - it's very important for me. However I didn't receive reply within a day. Could you clarify the situation? I write here because I have no idea how to contact your support else.
 
My account is equal to forum's user name.
