venomdog Posted January 5, 2014 Report Posted January 5, 2014 Hi, I took shared hosting plan and its been 2 days and still I am not online I got order confirmation message and thats it, money got debited but I am still not online, so cpanel access and status is Pending. And also funny thing is that I submitted ticket on your support desk after which I got email welcoming me with user id and password stating that I can use them to login to support desk but password don't work. Whats going on here ? Quote
